Newly enrolled children start at the beginning of each school year (this year on August 22nd, 2016). At the time the new school year commences, the child must be 2.5 years old. Application forms are due January 31st of that same year.
Enrollment takes place between February and March. During that time period, all families on our waiting list will be contacted by our director. Please be aware that due to our small program, we have very limited spaces available each year. The selection of new students is at the school's discretion. Preference is given to returning families or children of BAKS staff. Other criteria are German language skills, age, general fit, and desired schedule. The waiting list order also plays a role, but is no guarantee for a space.
Application forms for new and returning families are due January 31, 2017, for enrollment in Fall 2016.
Contracts for siblings, returning students, and/or children of BAKS staff are sent out end of March; deadline for returning contracts is 10 days after receiving.
Contracts for new families are sent out in April; deadline for returning contracts is 10 days after receiving the contract.
