Newly enrolled children start at the beginning of each school year (this year on August 29th, 2018). At the time the new school year commences, the child must be 2.5 years old. Application forms are due January 30th of that same year.
Enrollment takes place in February. During that time period, all families in our application pool list will be contacted by our director. Please be aware that due to our small program, we have very limited spaces available each year. The selection of new students is at the school's discretion. Preference is given to returning families or children of BAKS staff. Other criteria are German language skills, age, general fit, and desired schedule.
Application forms for returning families are due 12/15/2018 for enrollment in Fall 2019.
Application forms for new families are due 1/31/2019, for enrollment in Fall 2019.
Contracts for siblings, returning students, and/or children of BAKS staff are sent out in January; deadline for returning contracts is 10 days after receiving.
Contracts for new families are sent out February, 28th; deadline for returning contracts is 10 days after receiving the contract.
