Saturday, November 11th, 2023, 3pm - 7:30pm
Each year, Bay Area Kinderstube—along with the larger German/Austrian/Swiss community in the Bay Area, celebrates St. Martin’s Day with the big ‘Laternenfest.’ We welcome the season with St. Martin’s Day songs and a play, performed by our preschoolers, followed by a magical lantern-procession around the neighborhood – open for everyone to join. Bring your own lantern or buy one from us at the event. Enjoy German staples like Bratwurst, baked goods, mulled wine and much more in a festive atmosphere.
