Hort (After School Care)

Hort is an after school program for German-speaking students in grades K-6. Hort is being offered Mondays through Thursdays from 3:00 to 6:15pm, and is held at Hillside Community Church, 1422 Navellier St., El Cerrito. Children can be enrolled for one day per week or for multiple days per week.

This supplemental German-immersion program is ideal for families who

• need childcare in the afternoon and would love to have that care be in German

• have children who attend BAKS+ on different days and would like to have convenient care nearby for the sibling

• have students who would benefit from help with German homework or reading practice

• want their children to hang more with their German-speaking friends
